Meet Alex.
Hi, I'm Alex - founder of CodeX Digital and the person you'll actually be working with 👋🏼
I've spent several years recruiting in the European tech space, working with some of Stockholm's most exciting start-ups and scale-ups across engineering, data, AI and product. I set up CodeX Digital because I wanted to do recruitment differently - with more honesty, more hustle and more genuine care for both the companies I work with and the candidates I represent.
I'm deeply rooted in Stockholm's tech ecosystem and passionate about the startup world - the pace, the ambition, the people building things that actually matter. My focus is on AI-native companies and the kind of high-impact technical roles that are genuinely hard to fill.
I'm hands-on at every step of the process from shaping the role and sourcing hard-to-find talent, to guiding candidates through and making sure the right person lands.
Away from work I'm a Disco House lover, part-time chef (in my own kitchen👨🍳) and a proud London Marathon finisher 🏅
